Welcome to The Podcast
Each week l take a new look at daily issues and problems we encounter. When looked at from the Zen point of view, problems turn into Koans and we find an entirely new way to approach them. This approach puts an end to the usual struggle, conflict and frustration. It opens new doors, offers unique, life giving ways of interacting with people and situations.
As problems turn into koans, they turn into a form of play. Not only do we find unexpected solutions and guidance, but we become able to enjoy whatever comes our way. Rather than view life as one struggle after another to be conquered, it becomes a wonderful adventure to be relished. And, as we realize that "Everyday Is A Good Day", we become able to appreciate all of it, thoroughly.
The podcast offers discussion, along with practical guidelines and exercises so we can apply the material directly to our everyday lives.
